- The Consultants will take responsibility for the Equivalence Certificate of their students. If any Equivalence Certificate is missed to find out from DG Health in time, the College authority will not be liable for this. All payments of the student’s and consultants’ incentives will be forfeited and the concerned Consultant will be blacklisted.
